Belén Macías was born in Tarragona and studied in Madrid. She has a Bachelor of Information Sciences at the Complutense University and a diploma in the Royal School of Dramatic Arts (RESAD) in the branch of interpretation.
She studied screenwriting at the Film School of San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba. She works as a scriptwriter for different series (“The house of the messes”, “When leaving class “,” The law and life “…) and television programs. She directs theater (El Balcón de Jean Genet, The Monk, The Wedding and The Anniversary of Anton Chekhov, The Singer Calva, Ionesco …) and advertising.
